Hi everyone! Hope you are busy squeezing every last drop of fun out of your summer - I know we certainly are! We still have a few weeks left - my youngest doesn't start school until Sept 8 - so I don't think I will make it back here too often before then. But I do have a few things to share today.
As much as I love the summer, autumn is my favorite season of the year... I love the warm, sunny days and cool, crisp nights... I love sleeping with the windows open and snuggling under our down comforter... wearing sweaters and walking through fallen leaves... apple crisp... I could go on and on... reading the current issue of Crafts 'n things really put me in the mood for fall (and made me want to take up several new crafts... not sure that would be a good thing though!)
These are some of the projects I created for this issue. You can find all the supply lists and instructions in the magazine and on the Crafts 'n things site. First up is a card that would be fun to send to an older child or adult.
And next is a very inexpensive and easy to make set of Halloween party favors.
One of the best parts... I only used ONE sheet of 12x12 paper to make all of these (and I could have made a bunch more!)... told you it was very economical.
Enjoy the rest of the summer! Be sure to stop back in September because I already have a bunch of things in the works - including a blog hop, some great tutorials, and fun prizes. Oh yeah, I will also be ready to show you my new clear stamp storage - I'm not quite finished with it yet, but I can already tell I'm going to love it.
