Hello there! So happy to have all three of my boys home for the summer and to be able to spend lots of time together as a family (and well, okay, just a little selfishly I'm also happy to not have to be driving them all over the place every day). We all sat down the other night to come up with our list of summer goals - sort of an evolution of the summer chore charts the kids used to have when they were younger - and two of my goals are to work on some aspect of photography every day and to carve out some time for crafting every week. Look forward to sharing some of those projects with you here over the next few months.
I'm planning a quick blog post for each day this week that features a project made with one of the new templates from PaperCraftTemplates.com. These paper crafts are a great way to use up extra scrapbook paper as many of the templates are sized to work with 12x12 paper. I've found they are perfect for those sheets of paper that feature beautiful, large scale designs that you don't want to cut. They are also great for last minute gifts as they all come together really quickly.
If you create an account and purchase any templates, you can use the discount code "amg516" until June 26, 2012 and get 10% off.
Today I have a gift box made using the "Baker's Box" template.
I've always loved this paper from K&Company with the embossed fruit designs... just could never bring myself to use it because it seemed too pretty to cut.
Tag uses stamps from Papertrey Ink: 2008 Holiday Tags and Mixed Messages.
Stop by tomorrow for another sample using the same template.
