Don't have much to post as all the paper crafting I have been doing lately is for CHA or publication and still under wraps. Mainly I've been neck deep in a craft room re-org, trying to stay ahead of the weeds in my vegetable garden, and spending lots of time on photography.
I had such a great experience in Karen Russell's photography workshop earlier this year that I have already signed up to take her workshop which starts in September. I guess going in to it that I was hoping after learning all of Karen's secrets that I'd be shooting like her by the end... I did learn a ton and feel like I've improved a lot, but there really isn't any magic formula other than practice, practice, and practice.
Here is one of my favorite shots from a recent weekend away with my college roommates... feel like this one captures all the highlights in one photo - lots of laughter, time on the beach, and lots of wine. ☺
