How is it possible that Valentine's Day is tomorrow? Spring will be here before we know it. Today I have a very easy Valentine decoration - perfect if you need a last minute item for a party or just want to add a little something to your home. You could also use the individual medallions to decorate the front of a card.
Start with these -
flatten them out
and layer them with more liners and other embellishments. The garland starts with fishing line as a base and uses iCraft dots to hold everything together.

I should have taken a photo at night, because then you can really see the glitter and sparkle.
