Are you looking for a quick and easy way to dress up a plain gift bag for Thanksgiving? Cut a piece of cardstock to fit the bag front and decorate that... when you are happy with the way it looks, simply adhere it to the front of the bag using a tape runner or super tape. It really doesn't take much time and is so much nicer than a store bought bag, don't you think?
The papers and stickers are from Mambi's Fall 12x12 kit. In addition to those, I stamped the word "Happy" using this stamp set and added some burlap and beautiful silk ribbon. I collect ribbons that catch my eye and sometimes don't use them for years until the right project comes along. This is one of those ribbons. I love the way it looks against the burlap.
Mambi always makes such fun dimensional stickers and they are a super fast way to dress up a manila tag from the office supply store.
I am so thankful for you for taking the time to visit my blog and for leaving comments when you have a few extra minutes. I love to hear your ideas, suggestions, and things you would like to see in the future.
Now I'm off to start a marathon of cooking in preparation for tomorrow's feast. Hope you and your family have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
